Return & Refund Window

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

We do not accept returns for refunds except for items damaged in transit.

We do not accept returns for exchanges except in cases where the wrong color or size was ordered.

“Change of mind” returns are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  The item must be unused,

  In the same condition as received,
  
• 
  And returned in its original packaging.
  

These policies help protect product integrity and prevent unauthorized resale on secondary markets, ensuring fairness to all customers.

Refunds (If Applicable)

To request a refund or exchange for an item damaged in transit, you must:

   Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

   Include clear photos of the damaged product.

   Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.
   

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  A full refund will be issued if a replacement is not in stock.
  

Lost or Stolen Packages

HYI Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Upon inquiry, we will assist by confirming:

  Delivery status,
  
• 
  Date and time of delivery,
  
• 
  Tracking details, and
  
• 
  Carrier information,
  
  so you may file a claim with the courier.
  

Exchanges (If Applicable)

Exchanges are only accepted for:

  Incorrect color, or

  Incorrect size ordered.
  

Exchanges cannot be made for different products.

Shipping for Returns

To return an approved item, please mail it to the address provided by our support team.

You are responsible for:

  Return shipping costs,

  Using a courier service with tracking,
  
  as we must be able to verify return delivery.
  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
